Job Description:

We have been providing our southern Nevada customers with an alternative source of premium beverages and stellar service since 2001. You’ll find our exciting portfolio of wines, spirits, and craft beers in fine restaurants, world-class casino resorts, and leading retailers throughout the Las Vegas valley.

Performs administrative and sales support activities for multiple team members. Duties may include creating spreadsheets and presentations, budgeting, event execution, and basic administrative duties. This role will also support the social media accounts on various platforms. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities, and strong communication skills are required.

  • Provide data analysis and data reporting
  • Analyze data to provide ongoing appropriate communication with daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations
  • Create and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
  • Manage all social media accounts
  • Attend and assist at on & off-site events

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in consumer products sales administrative assistant/support or sales analyst position.
  • Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) (Preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • AS 400 experience (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Evening & weekend availability as needed
