Job Description
- Support new business acquisitions for various engine programs according to JLR and Bosch processes
- Support commercial activities on piece price and ED&T for existing and new acquisition projects.
- Co-ordinate internally with Bosch business units and represent sales in the stake holder meetings and quality gate reviews for various JLR engine programs
- Support samples coordination for various JLR engine programs
- Co-ordinate with Bosch and JLR project leaders for program timing and engineering releases
- Support and provide input for sales planning process
- Hunt for new business fields in the UK market in addition to JLR
Qualifications
- Business/Engineering/Science degree or similar qualification
- Passion for the automotive industry and cars
- Good technical aptitude
- Interests and competence in commercial tasks such as negotiation, controlling and pricing
- Excellent technical trouble shooting
- Flexible to handle multiple topics
- Must hold a clean UK driving licence
- Availability to travel to Germany and Europe
- Regular presence in sales office (Coventry office)
- Excellent communicator
- Customer orientated and commitment
- Strong results and future orientation
- High Degree of Cooperation skills
- Ability to work independently using own initiative
Additional Information
This role will be based in Coventry, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.
The salary for this role is £31,000.
