Sales Analyst

Overview:

The position is part of the Sales Support Department. This role mainly involves preparation of reports and analyzes relevant to the business, based on the company's reporting systems, as well as the administration and development of the existing sales analysis tools.

Description:

SA collaborates with the management of the sales department to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information, prepares the necessary reports for the development and optimization of the commercial activity, providing assistance and support for monitoring and reporting sales, customers, channels, product type.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of regular reports – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, as well as specific reports required by the sales team (promotion evaluation, IMS-based reports, on-demand reports for sales management, bonus calculation);
• Analysis and interpretation of the data extracted from the reporting system;
• Administration of the customer / price database;
• Management of ongoing contracts, managing and updating the information according to the achievement, with the reporting of +/- deviations to the management in sales and field;

Qualifications - Internal

The Ideal Candidate

Experience min. 3 years in a sales support / business analysis department, with proven competencies in a similar role, preferably in an international organization Excellent Excel skills (advanced level) and databases English min. intermediate level; Romanian either native or advanced; Analysis, communication, planning & organization skills Team player

Advantage

VBA, SQL knowledge, higher education in statistics, mathematics, finance or similar.

Offer

Full-time, permanent assignment including a 3-month trial.

Job location: Bucharest, Industriilor/ Pantelimon area. Public transportation available.

Working program: 8h/ day, M to F 8.30 – 17.00
