This is what your job looks like:
As a Sales Support Administrator for the Business Development department, you are responsible for the contact with our logistic and strategic partners for our Business Development team and the correct administrative flow of different sales and business development processes. You will support our Business Development manager in the follow up of new sales channels and the correct administrative processes to support our growth.
Your most common day to day tasks:
- To be the central point of contact for all internal questions different home products and several others business processes.
- Support the team in improving the business processes and communicating with other departments in all countries we are available
- Process sales orders in our systems;
- Check the payment process with our finance department;
- Check with our logistic partners that the products will have timely delivery;
- Analyze the sales data and advice the Business Development manager in making the right decisions to scale up when necessary;
- Check with our customer care department on customer feedback and communicate with stakeholders when necessary;
The sales support administrator works within the Business Development department that is part of the international HQ of Basic-Fit. The vibrant and ambitious atmosphere with many different nationalities and the informal way of working makes this one of the best places to work for Sports minded people. You will report directly to the Business Development manager.
What we ask for:
You are very much at ease with admin processes, Excel sheets and working simultaneously on different cases and challenges. You are well organized, a good communicator and an excellent time manager, who gets things done. You like to work in a young and dynamic team where everybody helps each other out in busy times and where mistakes are allowed as long as you learn from them.
We also ask:
- Good knowledge of French and English language, it would be great if you also speak some Spanish!
- You know the Office 365 system and more specifically Excel
- Preferably you have experience with SAP/ SoftCo or a similar system
- You have a minimum of college-level education or similar
- You are motivated, proactive, dynamic and always searching for solutions where needed
- You are analytical, you have an eye for details, and you are well organized
- You are a true team player
