WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Sales Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting all sales and marketing activities and systems within the group sales department for Dreamscape’s Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The position will directly support the sales managers and directors and manage database administration.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain exceptional customer service in every interaction point.

  • Prepare proposals, regrets, contracts, and addendums.

  • Turnover files to services teams thoroughly and timely to ensure operational success.

  • Plan and arrange site inspections, sales manager travel, and customer development events.

  • Track spending and complete expense reports.

  • Maintain clean database and log activities according to system standards.

  • Answer phones and support customers with service requests in a timely manner.

  • Create and update sales collateral and presentations.

  • Run reports as requested by sales leadership.

  • Participate in team training and growth opportunities.

  • Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position works directly with the Sales team but does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality sales administration experience.

  • Strong organizational skills, solution-driven, analytical thinker.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proactive with an attention to details.

  • Able to set priorities, work schedules, and meet department deadlines.

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • At least 21 years of age.

PREFERRED

  • Proficient in Delphi preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.

  • Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.

PAY RANGE

  • The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hour.
