Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of the Sales Team at Trove Brands will include:

  • Inputting orders; processing new items and new vendor paperwork.
  • Frequent, clear communication with customers to provide updates, address concerns and answer questions.
  • Managing and creating spreadsheets in Excel; drafting PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collecting, maintaining, and entering detailed information into databases
  • Answering customer phone calls and processing customers' orders.
  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and presenting information to a variety of audiences.
  • Creating agendas, presentations, and other documents for company executives.
  • General day-to-day sales and administrative support.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing Outlook calendars.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required, experience with HubSpot or other CRM is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Friendly, positive, and confident personality.
  • Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy; resourceful and creative.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of software packages and technology in general.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs, technologies, or processes.
  • Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's Degree and prior Administrative/Executive Assistance experience preferred.
