  • Oversee the end-to-end process of creating rental contracts.
  • Process invoices from the Principal and ensure accuracy.
  • Compile and submit required documents to the Principal.
  • Prepare monthly reports and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project teams.
  • Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Handle budget revisions as necessary.
  • Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details.
  • Manage and respond to high volumes of emails promptly.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor.
