Overview

Answer incoming phone calls and emails, assign serial numbers to individual contacts. Communicate independently with direct customers and distributors. Generate leads and support with Outreach campaigns. Administratively support Demo and Loaner pool. Compile, update and file internal documentation, as well as check stock levels for the sales/support colleagues.

Professional QualificationsEducation and Experience   

  • Associate degree as "kaufmännische Ausbildung".
  • Fluent in English and good German, both oral and written, is essential.

  • Good communication skills in German and English (verbal/written).
  • Self-starter, motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.

Position ResponsibilitiesSpecific    

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Generate quotes out of SalesForce and support customers with ordering in Netsuite.
  • Maintain the SalesForce customer database, entering and updating contacts as well as assigning and updating serial numbers.
  • Prospect and generate leads for the Sales and Sales Development Team, supporting Outreach campaigns.
  • Preparation and organization of demonstrations and training courses.
  • Be responsible for our marketing materials.
  • Assist in the communication with direct customers and distribution partners.
  • Organize & prepare meetings & phone/video conferences including the compiling of protocols and notes.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of effective travel and appointment making of customer visits.
  • Be responsible for the compiling, filing & updating of internal documentation such as SOP’s and workflows.
  • Review status of orders for the Sales Team in Netsuite.
