Job Description
Agilent Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth, enhance market visibility, and secure market gains across Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry (CMS) as well as Atomic Spectroscopy, bringing extensive territory expertise and deep market insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within Arizona.

Cultivate relationships with key customers, research institutions, and industry stakeholders.

Proactively identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance Agilent’s visibility.

Provide expert consultation on Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry (CMS) and Atomic Spectroscopy solutions.
-
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure customer success.

Deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for prospective clients.

Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive market trends and advancements in analytical instrumentation.
Successful candidate must reside in Arizona.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience selling analytical instrumentation into our key markets in AZ.

Proven sales experience in analytical instrumentation, with a focus on CMS and Atomic Spectroscopy.

Strong territory knowledge of Arizona, including key industry players and research sectors.

Exceptional product expertise, able to provide technical guidance and application insights.

Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and relationship-building.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least May 5, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $147,675.00 - $246,125.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
