ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. Job Scope:
The role of Sales Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy and tactics for related product/service lines to achieve sales and profit goals in their designated territories in North Italy and Ticino, Switzerland. The SAM is expected to use their knowledge of the business and external contacts to expand and deliver profitable initiatives to the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets, and new applications.

Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations.

Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Use CRM to record and manage Sales pipelines daily;

Develop and maintain a relationship with key accounts;
Key Qualifications:

Academic degree in a life science discipline, with hands-on laboratory experience.

High level of technical and professional expertise.

Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Life Science.

Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market with an emphasis on one or more of the following: Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Antibody, or Cell Line Products/Services a plus.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Ability to operate effectively and succeed in an international business environment.

Able to travel at least 30%.
