About The Opportunity 

Netrix Global is looking to incorporate a Sales Account Executive to join our Sales Consulting Team, on Data & IA, Cloud and SW Development Professional Services team.

This person will provide for the growth and development of the organization through the sale of services and technological solutions / consulting (Data & IA, Cloud + Dev), for Argentina. 

The responsibilities will include driving new businesses, revenue, technology adoption and market penetration in clients (mostly enterprise and SMB accounts), and the ideal candidate will possess sales expertise, and technical (nice to have) that allows them to drive CXO - level engagement with both business areas and tech-solutions leaders, CTO and others IT Roles.

A consultative sales approach is expected of the candidate: prioritizing relationship, account management, opportunity sales cycle, stakeholder mapping, BANT, etc. You should also be a entrepreneur who is prepared to develop and execute the account coverage plan and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. 

How You Will Make An Impact

    • Generating sales contract, drive revenue, and market share in a defined account territory
    • Meet or exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets 
    • Know and make known to the market the offering Netrix Global, through the practices of Migration & DevOps, Security, Development, Data & IA, MSP, IOT, among others
    • Develop the plan/forecast, participating in the definition of sales target 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan 
    • Manage the entire sales cycle processes and CRM Pipeline: keep updated
    • Operational activities: participate in sales meetings, coordinate agendas with clients / team Netrix Global, documentation in internal tools (CRM, APN, etc.), assembly of presentations and proposal to clients, etc.
    • Proposal process: ensures end-to-end compliance from the identification of documented lead/BANT to its transition to the operations area
    • Proposal process: create, coordinate and articulate compelling value propositions around Netrix Global services, to be delivered to the client
    • Proposal process : deep interlock and teaming, with presales team from different business areas
    • Proposal financial process management, including Pricing
    • Accelerate costumer adoption by interacting with C-level and different stakeholders : current contacts and relationships will be considering
    • Maintain a solid and recurring sales flow
    • Work with AWS and other partners, to expand reach and drive adoption to sales
    • Client relationship: identify, build, develop and manage strategic relationships and long-term links with key accounts
    • Ensure costumer satisfaction
    • Demand generation: collaborate and participate in the assembly and execution of a demand generation strategy working as a team with Mkt and Executive Management 
    • Hunting: identify new accounts to work with, expanding the installed base and generating commercial activities such as Immersion Day, Round Tables, etc.

    What You Will Bring To The Table 

      • Minimum of 5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, at management position
      • Solid independence and autonomy in the Executive role
      • Demonstrable Executive relationship in the industry
      • Extensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem
      • Experience in consultative selling
      • Client facing: minimum of 5 years of experience in the direct field working with enterprise accounts (highly desirable to own customer base)
      • Excellent treatment with clients, in terms of dialogue, empathy and understanding 
      • Ability to "translate" customer needs to technical pre-sales teams
      • Knowledge of the technology market in general, and Cloud computing in particular (highly desirable)
      • Proactively understand technological trends, to design better solutions for customers 
      • Be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and highly desirable in English (verbal and written) 
      • Preferably knowledge of cloud technologies in general, and AWS in particular, not exclusive
      • Sales leadership: autonomy and independence track record with evidence. 

      Location 

      • Argentina (any part of the country its great for us!) 

      Shift 

      • 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
