This position is based out of our headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
MedTrans Go's platform acts as a two-sided digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities/systems ("customers") with businesses and individuals providing services like medical transportation and interpretation ("service partners"). The Sales Account Executive will work with our Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to ensure prospective and onboarding customers and service partners have an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a creative approach to researching leads, and excitement for building relationships with prospective customers and partners.
MedTrans Go is an early-stage startup with room for growth! Compensation packages for this position include an annual salary starting at $75K, uncapped commission, and other benefits. Expected annual on-target earnings (OTE) are $100-120K.
Responsibilities

  • Strategically identifying new leads and business opportunities
  • Building a robust sales pipeline of healthcare customers, including hospital systems, insurance providers and other payors, and associated organizations in need our our services
  • Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities through data utilization, networking, and referrals from existing customers
  • Developing buy-in across the systems from the decision-makers to the end-users
  • Building relationships with MTG's current enterprise customers in order to increase sales through repeat business, adoption of additional verticals, and expansion within their organizations
  • Developing long range sales plans and managing sales pipeline using CRM platform
  • Coordinating with other departments, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure that customers receive high quality service


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of healthcare sales experience minimum, ideally experience directly selling to C-Suite hospital/insurance teams
  • Strong understanding/passion in healthcare and/or healthcare services
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passionate about building relationships and earning trust from prospective customers and partners
  • The ability to handle competing priorities and multiple objectives
  • CRM software experience preferred
  • Good judge of character and ability to cope with rejection
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in the healthcare domain, technology domain, and/or medical transportation/interpretation fields preferred

What We Do

MedTrans Go is a B2B healthcare appointment optimization marketplace solving the $150B problem of medical appointment cancellations in the US. Our tech-enabled portal provides healthcare facilities and others coordinating patient care access to a customizable suite of services to address the root causes of their cancellations in one easy-to-use, integrated digital platform.

The US healthcare system loses $150B due to missed appointments every year. More than 50% of these cancellations are due to lack of transportation or interpretation services. We created fully functioning web and mobile portals which utilize excess capacity of medical transportation providers, interpreters, and more through our custom-designed software for scheduling, dispatching, and tracking requests with built-in, integrated software for billing, invoicing, and record-keeping. Our mission is to reduce medical appointment cancellations and the burden these cancellations place on healthcare providers, as well as to remove barriers for all patients to access necessary healthcare services.

Our hybrid policy allows employees to work however they work best. Most of our team typically comes in on Mondays and Wednesdays to foster collaboration.
