We are currently seeking a EMEIA Senior C&B and HR Control Analyst who will report to the Global Compensation & Benefits Director within the Human Resources Department, the EMEA Senior C&B and HR Control Analyst has responsibility in HR key fields of activity: Compensation & Benefits Strategies, HR Budgeting & Cost Control, HR Data Analytics & Solutions.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
The EMEIA Senior C&B and HR Control Analyst will participate, in collaboration with the Global C&B Team, to the following activities, coping with the EMEIA Region scope:

Compensation & Benefits Strategies

Support the design of Compensation and Benefits Strategies through deep data analysis

Animate the annual salary review campaign for the EMEIA Region
-
Prepare data for salary surveys and analyze the results
-
Act as internal advisor for EMEIA HR community on all projects and initiatives with a compensation & benefits impact

HR Budgeting & Cost Control
-
Support the control and consolidation of personnel data within the HR reporting tool on a monthly basis for the EMEIA scope

Manage HR Costs reporting system and ensure consistency with the EMEIA Finance
-
Perform monthly budget variances analysis and initiate budgetary control actions

Support the preparation and consolidation of the EMEIA personnel costs Budget and Forecasts

Coordinate personnel costs matter with the EMEIA HR Business Partners

HR Data Analytics & Solutions

Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries (example: personnel cost, turnover, stores’ productivity and other indicators) for the EMEIA stakeholders

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations

Participate in optimization of the existing and new HR tools

PROFILE
-
Graduate from Business School
-
3 to 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling
-
Strong numerical and analytical skills
-
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Autonomy on projects and ability to take responsibility

Strong communication skills and team spirit

Fluent in English

Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion
