JC Aircraft Maintenance (JCAM) is one of Ryanair’s Engineering company providers, supporting in both Line and Heavy Maintenance in Spain, Portugal, Morocco and France (SPMF) since 2010.
We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrative to join a team of highly skilled staff, with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 600 aircraft for one of the world’s largest and most successful airlines.
The primary role of the Safety and Standards Administrator is to be responsible for developing statistical analysis within our team and analysing reporting data for trends related to hazards, events, and occurrence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing internal safety reporting systems.
- Investigating and Reviewing Maintenance Errors in Aircraft incidents due to technical reasons.
- Investigating and reviewing events and occurrences with a potential impact on the safety of the Ryanair Group operation.
- Track Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs).
- Review and monitoring of the Allowable Levels of Safety Performance (ALOSP), as directed by the Safety Manager, as part of SMS Safety Assurance requirements.
- Ensuring accurate input and retention of data.
- Escalates Safety Reports as appropriate, provides report summaries and deidentifies them as applicable.
- Recognizes and promotes hazard reporting and ensures an effective safety reporting process.
- Engineering Degree in Aeronautics, Mechanics or related field is valuated.
- Highly organized individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities and hit tight deadlines.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience within compliance or safety is valuated but not mandatory.
- A valid EU/EEA passport.
