As a senior-level advisor, you will leverage your deep knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to advise organizations on their Agile transformation journeys. You will work directly with partners, assisting with SPCT (SAFe Program Consultant Trainer) pairings, ensuring successful rollouts of SAFe implementations, and providing strategic guidance to enterprises looking to implement or scale their Agile practices.

This role is designed for an individual with extensive SAFe expertise who is comfortable working in a consultative capacity, guiding senior leadership and transformation teams, and driving success across complex, enterprise-wide Agile initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor to our partners and direct clients, helping them navigate and accelerate their Agile adoption and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory to Partners and Clients:

  • Partner Support: Work closely with partners on SPCT pairings to ensure successful coaching and mentoring. Help partners build the necessary capabilities to effectively guide enterprises through their SAFe transformation journey.

  • Advisory Services: Provide direct strategic advisory to enterprises on implementing, scaling, and optimizing SAFe frameworks. Offer expert insights to senior leadership, transformation teams, and Agile practitioners to align on best practices, tools, and processes.

  • Executive Coaching: Offer high-level coaching to C-suite executives and senior leadership on the strategic benefits of adopting Agile at scale and the critical role of SAFe in driving organizational transformation.

Agile Transformation Leadership:

  • Agile Maturity Assessment: Conduct Agile maturity assessments for enterprise clients to identify gaps in their current Agile practices and recommend tailored solutions and strategies for scaling Agile successfully.

  • SAFe Implementation Guidance: Lead enterprises through the process of SAFe adoption and scaling. Provide expert advice on SAFe configurations, aligning organizational structures, workflows, and roles to SAFe principles.

  • Transformation Roadmaps: Develop customized roadmaps for clients' Agile transformations, ensuring that these roadmaps address strategic business goals and operational efficiency.

  • Organizational Alignment: Help clients align Agile practices with their overall business strategy and ensure that all levels of the organization are aligned to Agile principles.

Thought Leadership & Expertise:

  • Stay Ahead of SAFe Trends: Continuously evolve your expertise in SAFe and related Agile practices by staying updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and tools in Agile transformation.

  • Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and speaking engagements at industry events, Agile conferences, and webinars.

  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor and thought partner to SPCTs and other Agile transformation experts, sharing insights on leading complex transformations and scaling Agile practices.

Operational Excellence:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure the successful delivery of Agile solutions and strategic initiatives.

  • Training and Enablement: Provide advanced SAFe training to enterprise leadership and Agile teams. Support the development of training materials and playbooks that align with best practices.

  • KPI and Metrics: Develop metrics and KPIs for measuring the success of Agile transformations and guide clients in monitoring their Agile performance for continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, ensuring their success with SAFe methodologies and Agile practices.

  • Consulting Delivery: Take ownership of consulting engagements, ensuring that strategic advice is effectively implemented and leads to measurable results.

  • Success Monitoring: Regularly check in with clients to track their transformation progress and provide ongoing guidance on best practices, hurdles, and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:
