Job Description SummaryAs SaaS Data Deployment Lead , you will be responsible to drive data deployment activities across international regions as part of SaaS transformation program. This role is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of data setup readiness and loading, working in close partnership with process owners, product managers, and multiple IT system teams to ensure seamless deployment across countries.
Job Description
In this role you will,
• Lead the planning and execution of data deployment activities for SaaS Program includes all the countries in line with SaaS rollout timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, process owners, data SMEs, and Region stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure accurate data mapping and localization.
• Coordinate across multiple IT systems and integration points to align on data architecture, interfaces, and staging requirements.
• Manage data readiness including data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and cutover planning, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain deployment plans, risk and issue logs, and regularly communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align on data ownership, accountability, and operational handover post-deployment.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization efforts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure data governance and compliance policies are followed throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams
Education Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ Years of experience in Technical Project Management, with strong focus on data deployment or data migration.
• Prior experience working on SaaS implementations or enterprise application transformations.
• Strong understanding of master and transactional data structures across domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Pricing, Orders).
• Exposure to Oracle ERP / CRM data models.
• Demonstrated ability to work across complex IT landscapes and business functions in global environments.
• Strong expertise in driving Quality Assurance/Testing
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Rally,
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
