You will help define and design the strategic change management strategy that will deliver successful and sustainable outcomes. You will support projects that will change the rolling-out process, the organization, ways of working and/or system changes.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide change support for initiatives that will result in significant change in the company
- Support projects that will change the rolling-out process, the organization, ways of working and/or system changes
- Help define and design the strategic change management strategy that will deliver successful and sustainable outcomes
- Use lessons learned from previous projects to improve future strategies
- Create change materials based on the change plan in partnership with project SMEs and HR and communication teams
- Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies

Job Summary:
The S4o9 Communications and Training Manager is a dual-role position responsible for both strategic communication and training support for the S4o9 planning transformation project in Latin America. This role will create visibility for the project, ensure consistent messaging, and support execution of effective training programs to drive successful adoption. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the regional communication strategy for the S4o9 project to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Create compelling content for internal stakeholders, leveraging appropriate communication channels.
- Manage project communication platforms, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Support Training Managers to successfully execute the training plans on the BUs
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications and training programs.
- Strong ability to develop strategic messaging
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing internal communication channels and campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity in complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field. Change management certification preferred.
