THE ROLE

As an RV Sales Operations Analyst, you will be part of our global RV Sales team and play a crucial role in enabling and optimizing our vehicle sales operations across North America (NA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Reporting to the RV Sales Operations Lead, you will focus on creating scalable processes, ensuring seamless delivery operations, and driving compliance while working closely with our Commercial and Operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high-impact function within Indie Campers.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Generate leads and proactively engage with auction houses and vehicle dealers;
  • Coordinate the fulfilment process after a sale, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and associated documentation to buyers;.
  • Establish efficient processes for vehicle deliveries, ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Act as a point of contact for RV Sales and Field Operations teams, ensuring smooth collaboration;
  • Analyze current processes in North America and identify areas for improvement, building scalable frameworks;
  • Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs), such as SLA adherence and delivery quality;
  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making and process optimization;
  • Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements across all regions of responsibility.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field;
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a PMO role or similar;
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • You are hands-on, resourceful, and have flexible approach to work;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously;
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
  • You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory  + other Language skills.
