What you need is a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people, and a knack for paying attention to even the smallest details. We will provide the training you need to succeed! Candidates who have excelled in this position include former business owners, educators, and insurance agents, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive, and potential.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement the dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certification
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods of time
  • Bending, Climbing and Stooping
  • Occasionally lifting 20 lbs
  • Work in various weather conditions

Compensation

  • Commission
    • Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies. Top performers in this position have an earning potential of $XXX,XXX or more.

Schedule

  • We are open Monday - Saturday from 9:00am - 7:00pm 
  • Sundays off and 1 weekday off

About Our Dealership

 Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. 

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.   

Throughout the year, you will see Bretz RV & Marine sponsoring events from local school functions to veterans associations, Toys-4-Tots, Make-A-Wish, and many more. We feel it's important to contribute to the communities in which we do business.
