POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Architect, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath experience, will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions for BAYADA Home Health Care clients. The Technical Architect will lead the technical aspects of RPA projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation. Expertise in UiPath, combined with knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, deployment methodologies, infrastructure, and Application Programming Interface (API), will be critical in driving the success of BAYADA’s automation initiatives. This position will not offer sponsorship.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four (4) year college degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum eight (8) years of overall IT experience, with at least four (4) years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in designing and architecting complex RPA solutions for large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in API integration, web services, and data exchange methods.
- Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and administration.
- Knowledge of process mining and analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- UiPath RPA certification(s) is highly desirable.
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of UiPath RPA solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Conduct detailed process assessments and provide recommendations for process automation and improvements.
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable RPA solutions using UiPath best practices.
- Integrate RPA workflows with various applications and systems using APIs and other integration methods.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for deploying, scheduling, and monitoring RPA bots.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to RPA development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and enforce RPA coding standards, guidelines, and automation governance processes.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to ensure RPA infrastructure readiness and stability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and automation trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and demonstrations, to potential clients.
- Assist in creating project estimates, timelines, and resource planning for RPA implementations.
- Lead and mentor junior RPA developers and provide technical training and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
