Meet the team:
The Business Transformation and Operational Excellence team acts as a business partner across Dexcom to shape and deliver transformation, automation and improvement initiatives, enabling the business to efficiently scale, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experience.
Where you come in:
The role of the RPA Business Analyst is to identify, document and manage the delivery of individual process automations in accordance with the Dexcom COE Methodology. The role is also responsible for the opportunity assessment, initial qualifications of ideas to build a backlog and ultimately fulfill the pipeline. You will:

Lead RPA awareness workshops with cross functional Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) to identify high value automation opportunities, capturing all ideas for evaluation.

Manage the intake and pipeline generation inputs through our community ideas software collection solution.

Lead and complete the Dexcom qualification steps to assess the RPA capability of possible process ideas. These include the initial evaluation, business case, detailed qualification criteria scoring as well as leading the final business approval session.

Work closely with SMEs to identify requirements, map the process, identify the technologies, KPIs and overall metric data in preparation for the Development team’s technical design.

Maintain opportunities status in global RPA roadmap and share regular updates on progress to plan across multiple project automations to leadership.

Prepare the SME and guide them through the User Acceptance Testing preparation and ensure full testing is completed prior to releasing solutions into production.

Collaborate with other RPA Business Analysts for share best practices, improve internal process productivity and quality on the Dexcom COE delivery methodology.

You have proven experience delivering high quality automation solutions in high pressure, structured environments

You are comfortable leading conversations with functional as well as IT personnel across the business

You can development succinct presentations and present to leadership as needed

You are a self-starter and strong attention to detail are paramount

You are comfortable delivering multiple concurrent RPA projects, without compromising on quality

You are proficient using UiPath technology, Automation Hub, Jira and Confluence systems

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,591.25 to €4,436.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
