Role
As a Robotics Software Engineer - Hardware Integration, you will contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge robotic automation solutions, leveraging the Intrinsic platform.
You apply your experience in hardware integration and robotics algorithms to extend the Intrinsic platform with new features, and you collaborate with industry-leading partners to deploy impactful robotics products.

- Develop cutting-edge robotic automation solutions using the Intrinsic's platform
- Improve our robotics real-time software framework, develop new robotics features, integrate new hardware and field buses, and contribute to a reliable product
- Collaborate alongside industry-leading partners to deploy automation products
Skills you will need to be successful
- Master or Bachelor with equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Robotics or a related field
- Experience programming robotics software in C++
- 2 years of experience in one or more of: industrial automation, real-time systems, control systems software, robotics
- Motivation to closely collaborate with partners and cross functional teams
Skills that will differentiate your candidacy
- Extensive knowledge in C++ software design, fieldbus communication, real-time systems, safety-critical software development
- Contributed to the development and deployment of industrial robotics and automation solutions to customers
- Experience in ROS 2, Python, Kubernetes
- PhD in Robotics, Computer Science or a related field
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 1 month per year in total)
- Fluency in German and English is preferred
