We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized RMA Manager to manage the end-to-end return merchandise authorization process. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of product returns, repairs, and replacements while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

This position is on-site at our Norcross Atlanta site and is an IC role. 



A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Responsible for planning the materials required for our service teams, installation teams, spares holding etc.
  • Creating process for customer returns, managing the returns through the return and refurbish cycle with either the CM or internal engineering.
  • Managing all CRG inventory for dispositions - creating the process for that.
  • Providing quality metrics and cost analysis on failure modes to feed back to reliability engineering.
  • Managing the customer through the RMA process.
  • Engaging with Customer Success to ensure we’re meeting SLA’s on replacements etc.



Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RMA management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, logistics, or similar preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warranty and return processes 
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP system
  • Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting, and in a periodic inventory environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing the quantity and financial forecasts and following inventory level and improvement plans
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and self-management abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
