This role will be a first line of defense in detecting and remediating servicing issues.

What You Will Do
- Provide operations support to internal client partners regarding fixed term and revolving credit products.
- Review daily audit reports, conduct research and analysis to identify root cause of issues, remediate identified issues.
- Understand and execute operations policies and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve servicing issues.
- Review and resolve Credit Bureau Disputes, monitor and facilitate payment flow and resolve system syncing issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Controls policies and procedures to drive adoption and adherence across Prosper.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operations processes, trends, and remediation efforts.
- Identify and communicate to leaders any situation that may require additional review or special handling.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative environment in which Prosper team members are encouraged to voice ideas and concerns.
What You Have Done
- At least 1-year experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Credit card servicing experience is a plus
- Working knowledge and aptitude with GCP preferred
- Organized, solution oriented, proactive and able to multi-task
- Able to adapt in a fast-moving role where processes can change quickly
- Proven track record of effective and collaborative work with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
