Effective organizational oversight and risk management are crucial for the success of any enterprise. Saxo Bank is currently seeking a Senior Risk Manager to oversee the consolidation of risk management within Group Commercial. This role will report directly to the Head of Client Vigilance Solutions.

Client Vigilance Solutions works with the strategic and operational development of the quality control area and for quality control of activities within investor protection, including product governance, appropriateness testing and marketing. We are a team of eleven professionals covering the expertise areas of data, processes and organization.

As our new Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for organizing the overview of procedure and critical risks. In support management oversight and decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a strong oversight of policies and procedures across Group Commercial with clear definitions of roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure risk identification, risk analysis and risk prioritization.
• Support incident and crisis management.
• Risk assessment planning.
• Support risk responses.

Your profile:

You are service-minded and helpful in ensuring all parties involved are positioned to progress and be successful in lifting Saxo’s operating model.

You have several years of experience working within the financial sector, and you are experienced in analyzing across different organizational areas to support the right allocation of roles and responsibilities. Moreover, you are experienced in presenting observations, rationales and solutions to senior level professionals.

You have a master’s degree or higher educational background, and you are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
