As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Portfolio Management & Data Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products by leveraging your knowledge of User Experience Design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, stakeholders, and product you will create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions that cater to a diverse range of users in Risk Management & Compliance. As a core contributor of our team, you will have a significant impact by aligning user needs with business goals and creating data dashboards, reports, and tools that are served internally.
Job responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and create detailed user personas, user workflows, information architecture and journey maps to inform design decisions
  • Articulate design decisions to stakeholders, developers and educate them about Design Thinking and best practices of User Experience
  • Design elegant solutions to specific interaction problems ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design and accessibility through continuously iterating and incorporating user feedback
  • Assist in the data-driven analyses, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI design, visual design, and data visualization


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in a user experience design industry roles or equivalent background in Human-Interaction Design or similar fields
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
  • Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
  • Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and making modern UIs with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Figma including understanding components, variables, design system utilization with a proven track record of creating interactive prototypes
  • A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your design process is required
