As a Risk Management Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Development and Enhancement of Internal Controls: Implement and refine internal controls in accordance with the COSO Framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Risk, Process, and Control Mapping: Identify, assess, and document risks, processes, and corresponding controls to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Remediation Planning and Execution: Collaborate in devising action plans to address material weaknesses in the control environment, ensuring robustness and compliance.
  • Continuous Monitoring Strategy: Establish and manage ongoing monitoring mechanisms and performance metrics to sustain a strong control environment..
  • Normative Document: Review, interpret, and address monitoring recommendations outlined in normative documents to ensure adherence.
  • Audit Support: Validate and enhance Internal Audit's Action Plans aimed at process improvement, fostering operational efficiency.
  • Training Delivery and Development: Deliver training sessions to Control Owners and new employees (Onboarding), while creating specialized training modules for areas requiring deeper understanding or facing inefficiencies.
  • Reporting and Metrics Management: Creating comprehensive reports and overseeing indicators of the company's primary risks. Addressing regulatory requirements for assessments and tests as needed.

Main requirements for this position:

  • Experience with internal controls, process mapping & risk assessment;
  • Experience with Audit or Consulting;
