For that, we are seeking a highly motivated Risk Analyst to join the team, reporting to the Head of Group Risk Management.
Job Role
As a Risk Analyst, you will conduct deep dives into risk topics, performing thorough analyses that include data collection and examination to support informed decision-making. Your work will help enhance the understanding of risks, both in terms of quantification and scenario thinking, ensuring comprehensive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for the Risk Analyst are:

Support the Head of Risk in conducting risk management reviews by collecting and analyzing information, and providing new insights to decision-makers.

Develop and steer coherent risk identification and assessment methodologies, including clarifying risk ownership, assessing financial impacts, and incorporating scenario thinking.

Develop and support the implementation of the global ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and BCM (Business Continuity Management) frameworks.

Contribute to the Risk section of the Annual Report editorial.

Update and maintain the risk governance framework.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of corporate experience, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal), and keen attention to detail. Critical thinking, problem-solving eagerness, and curiosity are highly valued. Lastly, we seek a high-potential candidate with a genuine interest in building a career at Electrolux.

Gross salary of 28,500 SEK for the first 12 months, and 30,400 SEK for the 13th and 14th months, along with vacation days and other company benefits.
