当社化学分析機器である、GC, GC/MS等のコールセンター業務全般。(リモートエンジニア業務)
当社のコールセンターで、お客様からの上記担当製品に関するトラブル、操作方法およびアプリケーションなどの技術的なご質問に回答して頂きます。
フィールドの状況によっては、フィールドエンジニアとして、故障診断および修理などを実施して頂きます。サポート商品の販売促進など、幅広い業務をお任せいたします。
Qualifications
GCもしくはGC/MS等の分析機器のエンジニア業務もしくはユーザーとしての経験が3年以上。
化学、電気、機械などの専攻卒(高専卒以上)
要普通自動車運転免許
英語(TOEIC500点相当)
