As part of our Program Management Consultant (PMC) team, embrace HNTB’s Vision and sophisticated delivery approach and be integral in developing a robust and informed team supporting the needs of all Alternative Delivery (Alt-D) and Public-Private-Partnership (P3) ROW needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepares offer and conveyance documents for property being acquired for transportation or utility projects.
  • Reviews title work to determine ownership and encumbrances needing to be cleared, as well as appraisals to understand the basis of the offer and impact to the property. 
  • Meets or communicates with property owners to negotiate the offer for the proposed right of way.  Reports to lead right of way agent for project and/or right of way manager.
  • May provide guidance and mentorship to Right of Way Agent I's, assisting with document preparation and negotiations with property owners.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • HS/GED and 6 years experience with right of way (DOT, transit or utility) or other relevant experience.
  • Real estate license, as required by state law.

Key efforts are listed below:

  • Developing ROW Acquisition for the Alt-D and P3 program
  • Providing management and oversight of various ROW consultants supporting our local clients
  • Developing professional service procurement language to procure turnkey ROW service providers

What We Prefer:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree. RWA, RWP designation.
