The Job

We are looking to add a Rich Media Designer to our global team of individuals. Our team is passionate and committed to the pursuit of creative excellence and understanding consumer + client needs.  If you are a person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand and is motivated by the responsibilities below, we want to hear from you.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate the high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads; taking ownership of some projects from concept to delivery
  • Educate and collaborate with clients on best practices when creative interactive ads
  • Pitch and demo ad concepts in client-facing meetings
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the Production team
  • Become an expert on PLAY, our no-code playable builder platform
  • Improvise on concepts with little to no creative assets
  • Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the quality of work
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

Necessary Skills and Experience 

  • 3-5 years experience in creative agency/advertising agency / in-house working on interactive mobile ads
  • Rich media ad experience
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • A strong portfolio
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 

Nice to Have Skills and Experiences

  • BA/BS Design or related field

 

What to Expect

  • This is a part-time freelance role to start, as need increases we will convert this to a full time role. 
  • The rate for this role is based on experience. Hours are variable but anticipating 25-30/week.
  • This is fully a remote opportunity and work with individuals across the globe. While part-time responsiveness is expected in EST Hours - production and work hours can be flexible. If converted to full-time, it is expected to be available during EST.
