Who You’ll Work With:
The RIA Associate’s primary function is to partner with the RIA Relationship managers to manage client support and service functions. You will partner with internal teams to complete client requests and manage projects that include RFP, product management, marketing, legal/compliance, operations, and data management. The Associate and will act as the liaison between these business units and the rest of the RIA team.
What You’ll Do:

Leveraging Databases to build out prospect lists
-
Execute on prospect and client engagement campaigns
-
Manage client deliverables on both a repeating and ad hoc basis – performance, sales, AUM, competitive analysis, etc.

Maintain client information, contacts and updates within the CRM
-
Prepare for partner firm meetings and conferences – book speakers, confirm and prepare attendees, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have:

A BS or BA; preferably with a background in economics, finance, or business administration

2-3 years of industry experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Highly organized and detail oriented
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to see things through from beginning to completion

Ability to multi-task and manage to tight deadlines
-
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
-
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team setting
-
Proficient in Microsoft office suite - Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Expertise in advanced Excel skills is a plus
-
Series 7 and 66 licenses required
