Reporting to the Digital Head of Growth Hub and Commercial, the Digital Lead of RGM and Business Excellence have a senior digital leadership role with accountability to set strategy, roadmap and lead deployment of products that drive value in the RGM and Commercial Excellence global operations.
As a member of the Global Digital Growth Hub and Commercial Team, He/She, together with the RGM and Commercial Excellence digital team will work closely with:
- the CHC Global RGM and Commercial Excellence business team to ensure that we are clearly identifying business/customer needs, prioritizing features, guiding the work and developing the vision and roadmap adding the expected business value.
- Global, Regional business management, that secure that RGM and Commercial Excellence solutions are aligned with their strategies and rely in a collective approach driving the overall awareness, prioritization, and orchestration of resources to deliver a workable product that brings business value.
- Transversal digital teams, securing adherence and a single approach through out Commercial Digital solutions securing adherence to the digital corporate strategy.
- Country RGM and Commercial Excellence teams on the implementation, enhancements and running of Global solutions, working on the transformation and securing a simplified approach and processes.
- Opella service Performance Managers and third party partners to secure appropriate SLAs/GSA are in place for RGM and Commercial Excellence solutions.
This position will require leadership, strong team management capabilities, motivational and collaborative skills to implement and continually drive the transformation on the Digital RGM and Commercial Excellence team while
executing in a POD/Agile operating model.
He/She will require working knowledge of different commercial operational models and the expertise/experience to connect it with technologies and solutions to be implemented (i.e. TPx, RGM Analytics, Sales Incentive tools,
Segmentation models, Commercial KPIs, ...) with the ability to understand a complex environment, to propose and enhance existing solutions to match the evolving FMCH approach mainly in commercial, but with a cross functional approach with other teams (like supply, finance, internal controls, procurement, …).
He/She will actively manage business expectations and proactively work on closing any gaps while ensuring strategic principles are maintained. He/She will need to have good communications and interpersonal skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders while acting as main technology leader towards our CHC RGM and Commercial Excellence organization.
