As RG & SI Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among our players. Your primary focus will be to develop, implement, and oversee initiatives that support player well-being and mitigate the risks associated with gambling and sports integrity.

You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, customer service, compliance, and external relations with associations, and the government to ensure our gaming platforms not only provide entertainment but also adhere to ethical standards and Brazilian regulations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating educational materials, training staff on responsible gaming policies, and designing interventions for players showing signs of gambling-related harm. You will analyze player data to identify trends and behaviors that may indicate potential issues and work diligently to maintain a culture of responsibility within the organization.

Furthermore, your efforts will support our commitment to sustainability in gaming, ensuring that all players have access to the resources they need to make informed choices. Ultimately, your work will enhance the player experience while fostering a safe environment for all participants in our gaming community.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer accounts from an RG perspective
  • Manage self-exclusions.
  • Be an integral member of a global team managing responsible gaming tasks across multiple markets, with your role serving as the primary point of contact for our Brazilian customers
  • Analyze players identified in the various monitoring processes and establish a risk assessment.
  • Contact players identified as potentially having a gambling problem.
  • Escalation point of contact, for any questions and issues relating to Responsible Gambling
  • Participate in training staff involved in RG policies and processes following best practice and industry requirements
  • Check and spot players with addictive behavior and avoid underage gambling (Contact problem players via email or phone to offer guidance and help according to internal policies and procedures)
  • Monitor escalated self-excluded players to assess risk and prepare reports for the management team on a weekly/monthly basis – complex cases to be escalated to senior analysts
  • Work together with AML & Account Management teams ensuring due diligence is carried out
  • Be a team player, a team player with a positive mindset and a flexible approach
Requirements
  • Have experience working in an RG role.
  • Knows and understands Due Diligence and Responsible Gambling regulations
  • Is fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Has excellent oral & written communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Has empathy, good listening skills, and an analytical mind
  • Possesses strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Has interested in the psychology of addiction, regulatory and compliance knowledge
  • Has experience of handling sensitive, confidential customer information
  • Has proven track record in delivering high quality in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Is professional, honest, reliable, and organized
