Working with Rewards in FLSmidth you have a big diversity in tasks within the Rewards area. You have both global and senior management exposure whilst also engaging with colleagues in Finance as well as People & Sustainability to align rewards with other related people and performance processes.

You will be in a team of 3 senior rewards specialists reporting to the Heads of Rewards & People Analytics inside our Corporate Center.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop rewards principles, policies and compliance.

  • Managing incentive programs (Short term, Sales, Manufacturing and Long-term incentive programs).

  • Executive benchmarking and position evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.

  • Lead annual salary review budget and process as well as yearly out-of-cycle salary adjustment process.

  • Drive rewards projects such as analysis of gender pay gaps and living wages.

  • Work with local rewards partners to educate, support and collaborate on global processes.
     

Your qualifications

  • You have 5-10 years or more of working experience within rewards in a global organization.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Great knowledge and experience of rewards theories and methodologies.

  • Interest and/or experience with Workday or other HR Systems.

  • Demonstrate high level of accountability and operational excellence in your working behavior.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
