We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Property Management Revenue & Pricing Manager to join our team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Property Management Revenue & Pricing Manager participates in weekly strategy meetings and works collaboratively with the SVP of Property Management and Regional Property Managers. This position is responsible for managing Grand Peaks’ multi-family unit rent pricing while working with the property management team to execute pricing strategy, review performance and monitor compliance. The Property Management Revenue & Pricing Manager will also be responsible for auditing individual properties for pricing accuracy, accounting, and operational policies and procedures with regard to revenue and pricing.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Daily review and acceptance of rate recommendations made by both pricing model and property management teams
• Identify and implement revenue management best practices
• Assist with implementation, set up and training process on newly acquired properties
• Evaluate and test new functionality; review configurations and make adjustments as necessary with parameter settings.
• Review market data, internet ads and conducting tours of each property and their main competitors to develop understanding of each market/submarket and the factors that affect pricing
• Facilitate pricing calls with site teams and Regional Property Managers
• Analyze and participate in developing lease renewal strategies
• Monitor and review market trends and data and apply to revenue management
• Develop and maintain reporting to assist in pricing analysis and performance measurement
• Generate monthly performance measurement analysis and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
• Conducts analysis of data to determine possible future revenues
• Completes tasks or projects as assigned
• To occasionally assist other employees in any apartment management functions.
• Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
• Experience with revenue management pricing models and concepts (YieldStar, LRO, Rent Max)
• 2-3 years multi-family industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or similar study preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with multifamily operation systems such as One-site, Yardi, Entrada, etc.
• Experience with training small to medium groups preferred.
• Expertise and understanding of forecasting and pricing for rents/leasing in a multi-family environment.
• Understand various multi-family markets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers.
• Some travel may be required.
• Sitting for long periods of time may be required.
Salary:
$100k - $115k annually + bonuses
