Choozle is looking for Revenue Operations to provide reliable and high-quality administrative support across all stages of the sales cycle. The Revenue Operations is essential to the sales organization at Choozle by keeping the team organized and building systems that scale. Your role will be to assist in new business opportunities by maintaining data accuracy, which will enable revenue growth by increasing sales productivity with efficient methodologies and processes. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll strive to improve and scale our sales operations and database management to help Choozle effectively and efficiently serve our quickly-growing customer base. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships across the team to uncover needs and drive impact. Your strong attention to detail will make you responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of our CRM and data reporting visualization resources. SALARY $100,000 - 125,000

LOCATION Must be located in the US & eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Who You Are

  • Knowledge of and experience with managing sales operations systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot or others 
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, data analysis, secondary research
  • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) and understanding of sales performance metrics 
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving, crafting efficient processes, and communicating needs
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" duties as needed to support the team and business

What You’ll Do

Salesforce Hygiene

  • Audit, clean, and maintain CRM records to ensure the accuracy of data in SFDC
  • Partner with the Sales, Account Management and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Manage lead flow segmentation for prospects
  • Manage and maintain sales process adherence. Work with Marketing, Account Management, Sales, and Sales Operations Anayltics to develop new processes to fit business needs. 
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly processes to ensure the database is kept up-to-date 
  • Support the sales team using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  • Assist the revenue team on gathering reports, research, and data to help drive sales performance 
  • Help to facilitate sales activity that supports the company’s growth goals and strategy
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management) platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sendoso, Clearbit, Hubspot, and more. 
  • Maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and create and provide relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent
  • Report to the ELT on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Conduct continued training for Sales & Account Managers, including best practices.
