What we are looking for:

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Operations Specialist. You will play a crucial role in aligning and optimizing our commercial teams. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the efficiency of revenue processes, improving data accuracy, providing insights and auditing commission data.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer success performance utilizing raw data (excel) and information from CRM (HubSpot and eventually Salesforce.) 
  • Provide data to support revenue growth strategies and forecasts. 
  • Ensure pipelines are clean and organized. 
  • Analyze and streamline existing revenue processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams. 
  • Support implementation of best practices and tools to support growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and execution. 
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and improve processes. 
  • Documentation of processes, policies and rules. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Experience working with HubSpot. 
  • Comfortable with Excel (formulas and analytics)
  • Curious about leveraging technology to improve business processes. 
  • You can effectively identify, solve, and escalate problems or involve others when unable to resolve issues alone. 
  • Detail-oriented and can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • Natural disposition towards helping others, and project a friendly and professional demeanor. 
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages a plus.
  • Self-motivated and can work with little supervision
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Education in Business, Finance, or a related field 
  • First experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce 
  • Problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn
