Who we're looking for...

BombBomb is looking for a results-driven Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales process, ensuring overall efficiency and consistency of process. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 

This individual will collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations to streamline sales to service best practices. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful sales strategies. This role is responsible for managing the details of the sales operations process, developing procedures for the team and reporting on sales processes to create a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will support monthly/quarterly/annual planning, implement creative solutions in a Salesforce environment and conduct analysis on productivity and performance.

What you will do...

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize data analytics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, standardize and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate sales and customer success forecasts.
  • Assist in developing sales quotas and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the management of Salesforce CRM
  • Ensure data integrity, data quality, user training, and system optimization throughout the Sales Operations tech stack.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales technologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform funnel management, measuring activity and compliance, and monitor forecasting performance.
  • Collaborate with management on a variety of projects and initiatives to improve Sales, Customer Success, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate compensation payout.
  • Assist with Dealhub (CPQ) responsibilities, including: implementation of new integrations, tooling administration, quoting and structuring, and educating and supporting our partners in Sales
  • Perform lead, pipeline, and sales performance analyses to increase velocity and win rates
  • Work closely with customer success leaders to develop plans for expansion in existing customer accounts and create resource plans to support the expansion.

Our ideal candidate will be or have…

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B Enterprise SaaS Revenue Operations or a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Admin Certification preferred) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
  • Deep understanding of GTM technology such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, and LeanData and proven ability to drive system optimizations
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build internal relationships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the rest of the GTM team
  • Experience working with a quote-to-cash system (e.g., CPQ, DealHub)
  • Ability to present findings to larger business groups in a polished and digestible manner
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a sharp focus on both process and details
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to ideate and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize data to tell a story
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The total compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
