Your Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze and improve workflows between Sales, Marketing, and our Product Experts, ensuring transparency and up-to-date deal pipelines
- CRM & Automation: Implement and manage processes in Salesforce, develop efficient automation, and ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Revenue Forecasting & Lead Funnel: Create revenue forecasts, identify additional revenue opportunities, and support the management of the entire lead funnel
- Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making: Build a scalable reporting infrastructure, track relevant KPIs, and provide actionable insights to enable informed, forward-thinking decisions
Your Profile:
- A completed degree and 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at leading B2B companies/B2B startups
- Extensive Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of processes
- Analytical and structured working style with a high level of reliability and initiative
- Strong communication skills in both German (C1) and English (B2)
- High motivation to contribute to building a world-class sales organization
