The Role:

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Lead to drive accountability across the organization’s revenue functions. As an individual contributor reporting directly to the CEO, you will attend all key revenue meetings, ensure leaders are held accountable to targets and initiatives, and play a critical role in preparing content for board meetings. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of revenue operations, specifically sales, excels at data analysis, and can effectively communicate complex insights to both leadership and the board.

What you'll do:

  • Revenue Meeting Accountability:
Lead key revenue meetings across sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and strategy.  Collaborate closely with GTM leaders across Enterprise, Consumer, and Sponsorships, holding them accountable for hitting targets and driving performance, while providing aligned insights to the CEO
  • Revenue Strategy & Data Insights:
Provide the CEO with data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize revenue processes, improve efficiency and support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and retention efforts.  Analyze revenue data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, and present actionable findings through reporting dashboards for executive review.
  • Process Optimization:
Identify operational inefficiencies across the revenue organization and recommend improvements to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
  • Board Meeting Preparation:
Collaborate with the CEO to prepare clear, insightful, and impactful content for board meetings, focusing on revenue performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes.
  • You are highly skilled in data analysis, revenue forecasting, and reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
  • You are confident in holding senior leaders accountable and pushing for performance improvements in a tactful and strategic manner.
  • You have experience preparing content for C-suite and board-level presentations, with an ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
  • You are an independent self-starter, capable of driving initiatives and owning results without the need for micromanagement.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bonus points if you are familiar with the challenges and growth strategies of high-growth companies, particularly in SaaS or technology industries.

The perks:

  • Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in Spain
  • Company Team Offsites and Coworking - we believe that remote-first doesn’t mean remote-only
  • Free Product School Course Offerings - we offer a range of courses and certifications worth $15,000 that we readily encourage our employees to explore
  • Monthly Internet Reimbursement - we support our team, wherever they’re working from
  • Parental leave

What We Do

Founded in Silicon Valley in 2014, Product School is the first technology business school.

We provide certified courses in Product Management and other digital skills to professionals across 16 campuses worldwide. We also offer the same courses live online. All our instructors are senior-level product managers working at top technology companies such as Google, Facebook, Airbnb, PayPal, LinkedIn, and Netflix.

Unlike traditional MBA programs designed for students seeking roles within the finance and consulting fields, Product School’s curriculum is highly relevant for the next generation of technology leaders, with classes offered at a fraction of the cost. The curriculum is designed to fit into work schedules with small classes held in the evenings or on weekends to ensure that both instructors and students can maintain their full-time jobs.

Students at Product School enjoy a healthy mix of hands-on projects, group activities, case studies, and panel discussions. Through this, they learn how to lead cross-functional teams, and experience building digital products from end to end. Students are also taught how to succeed in product management interviews and given access to our alumni community where they can expand their network, find mentors, and access job opportunities.

In addition to individual classes, Product School also delivers custom corporate training programs to Fortune 500 companies seeking to upskill their existing teams or onboard new talent.

Product School is committed to pushing the product community forward. With this aim in mind, we published the Amazon bestseller, The Product Book, organize meetups in over 150 cities worldwide, host the Product Awards, and run ProductCon, a multi-city conference attended by thousands of professionals every year.

Why Work With Us

We’re a huge, diverse and distributed family, passionate about our mission. Our team is the powerhouse behind building and shipping the most impactful product management content, tools, events and community. Product School is the place to be for anyone who is passionate about product and eager to make a difference in our industry.
