Role Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Management Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the service delivery process between Revenue Management and the support provided to Local Offices, in alignment with business needs. This role focuses on providing trusted advisory services to Partners, ensuring timely assistance with their needs and expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partners/Local Finance Teams by organization of regular meeting and collecting regular feedback
- Take action towards reduction of outstanding AR and close monitoring of development of proposed solutions in agreement with Partners
- Monitor day-to-day operations with assistance of Specialists and ensuring that Partners' processes are in place
- Provide tailored solutions for resolution of specific cases
- Aid to collaboration with other teams (Finance, IT, Risk, Finance Systems, AP, etc.) to stabilize processes on operational level
- Support Revenue Management teams in establishing and formalizing the cooperation with offices
- Support Senior Colleagues and/or design the new improved solutions
- Support in shaping the top quality level of services
- Coordination and ensuring delivery of arrangements made with Partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a revenue related role
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days per week required at the Warsaw DBSE office.
- Business proficiency in English
- Extensive experience in client relations, stakeholder management, and team leadership within the legal or financial sectors.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations successfully.
