We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate revenue analysis and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain designated reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.

Maintain the internal CRM system to ensure the information is up-to-date and correct.

Act as a trusted team member offering guidance to other revenue analysts and support to the management team.

Maintain relationships with internal customers, connecting with business executives and partners.

Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of invoices and responses to client inquiries.

Work as a self-directed problem solver, focusing on execution, accountability, and ownership.

Identify trends in processes and propose efficiencies through improved workflows between internal departments.

Handle credit and cancellation requests, and prepare journal entries for monthly close.

Support SOX control compliance and testing on behalf of the team.

Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as directed by the management team.

Act as a buddy for new associates on the team, helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

University degree.
-
Proven attention to detail and a track record of PC skills, especially in Excel.

Problem-solving and investigative orientation with demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.

Ability to set goals and meet deadlines consistently.

Familiar with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.

Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
