Join our team as a Salsfiy Administrator! This exciting role will manage, configure, and optimize the Salsify platform within our organization. With opportunities to improve the overall product experience for our customers, this role will centralize, manage, and distribute product content to digital channels including Walmart, Target, and Amazon. 

This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. 

Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily administration and operation of the Salsify platform (including item setup and lifecycle changes)
  • Configure and customize Salsify to meet organizational requirements and streamline business processes. 
  • Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product information. 
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and Retail Marketing Specialist to optimize syndication channels and enhance content for retail partners. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salsify-related inquiries and issues. 
  • Provide training and support to users on Salsify functionality and best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience experience in a Salsify Administrator capacity, or similar role, with a strong understanding of product content management principles. 
  • 3-5 years of related experience 
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salsify, including creating attributes, categories, and workflows 
  • Experience with data governance practices, data modeling, and data quality management 
  • Salsify certification preferred
