Job Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from conception to implementation, within the defined timeframe, budget, and requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation measures.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure adherence to the company's project management processes and methodologies.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
