The Position
We are looking for the right digital marketing resources responsible for thinking, conceptualizing, and delivering the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that support planned growth objectives. The marketer’s goal is to drive higher revenues across our self-serve design studio, 3rd party ad server, and analytics products. The candidate must show a proven track record in growth marketing of modern SaaS products and have proven experience with campaign planning, media buying, creative, and content marketing. Candidates should also have an interest in the advertising technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Create and promote valuable, relevant, and consistent content that attracts and retains a clearly-defined audience.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, and social media updates.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. paid, owned and earned media ) and conversion rate optimization
- Propose and build campaigns to attract prospective customers.
- Conduct competitive analysis, surveys and market research to identify our audience’s needs
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
- Identify key advertising industry trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker for several years
- Passionate about SaaS and the advertising, design, and creative industry
- Great communicator with an ability to clearly articulate the value propositions and develop content
- Hands-on experience with social media and outbound content marketing
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
Other Plus Qualifications
- Domain expertise in ad tech and/or design platforms
- Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience implementing front-end web code where appropriate to launch interactive tools and apps benefiting the marketing team’s goals
- A strong network of publishers and interactive agencies
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- A frequent speaker and evangelist at marketing events
- Great organizational and planning skills with Gantt charts and tracking tools.
