Salary: £31,849 - £36,912 per annum pro rata

We’re recruiting a Resource Planner to join our team in Stevenage. We’re looking for a diligent and resilient person responsible for ensuring our repairs and maintenance service is efficiently delivered and highly customer-focused.
As a Resource Planner, you’ll be tasked with allocating appointment slots to arrange repairs to residents’ properties and track the progress of our team of maintenance operatives to ensure these repairs are completed within their priority deadline. We’ll look to you to block out holiday, sickness and staff training time in operatives’ diaries and schedule any necessary follow-on works.
Some of the other duties include:

Ensure that all emergencies and appointments are followed up accordingly

Check the previous day’s diary to ensure all jobs were completed and closed down

Check operatives are attending appointments throughout the day

Ensure all operatives are fully utilised with minimal travel time to maximise productivity
Ideally, you’ll already have demonstrable experience working with resource scheduling software in a logistical customer-focused environment and experience scheduling teams within a repairs and maintenance environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for close teamwork are essential.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Stevenage. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per month, increasing to 1 day per week in line with business requirements.
