R/GA EMEA are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal allocation of talent, maintaining seamless communication between teams, and proactively solving resource challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Allocation:

  1. Conduct weekly meetings with project teams to confirm current and upcoming allocation needs.
  2. Action follow-ups promptly to ensure seamless resource planning.
  3. Open hiring positions in internal systems and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a clear understanding of needs and timing.
  4. Staff pitches and new projects as required, and working with departments leads to ensure appropriate skill alignment.
  5. Thoroughly understand the skill sets of agency talent to make informed casting decisions.

Administrative Compliance:

  1. Manage holiday requests for all teams and ensure smooth coverage and scheduling.
  2. Follow-up on timesheets compliance to maintain accurate tracking and reporting.

Resource Optimisation:

  1. Proactively address resource needs by providing information and actively engaging with talent.
  2. Partner with staff across all levels to find creative solutions and maintain the best utilization levels.
  3. Flag capacity and underutilization issues within the region and propose actionable solutions when appropriate.

Collaboration & Communication:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for all talent in the region regarding project assignments.
  2. Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate allocation data across the region.
  3. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to deliver smooth experiences for freelance and staff employees.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in resource coordination, project coordination, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Understanding agency talent skill sets and casting processes.
