We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resource Manager to join our team. As the Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the allocation and utilization of company resources, including human capital, technology, and operational assets. Your strategic mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the efficient delivery of our products and services.


What You’ll Do:

  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads to assess resource needs and allocate personnel, equipment, and technology effectively to various projects and initiatives.
  • Capacity Planning: Monitor and forecast resource demands based on project timelines, customer demands, and industry trends, ensuring optimal utilization without compromising quality.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the right skills are assigned to the right projects, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Skillset Optimization: Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities within the organization and recommend strategies for upskilling, training, and hiring to meet current and future project requirements.
  • Resource Tracking: Develop and maintain systems to track resource allocation, availability, and utilization, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address resource conflicts and competing priorities by collaborating with department leads and project managers to find solutions that balance project needs and resource constraints.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that outsourced resources align with project goals and company values.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate resource management processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across teams.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about resource allocation, helping the company optimize its operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in resource management, preferably in the technology or real estate industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing resources in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in resource management software and tools is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address resource-related challenges effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
