ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Business Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take on multiple roles within Reserve Wheels. This position is perfect for someone highly adaptable, passionate about cycling, and eager to contribute across various areas, including operations, customer service, marketing, product support, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY JOB LOOK LIKE?

Execute marketing efforts, including social media content creation, event planning, and brand promotion

Act as the point person for logistics and operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination

Conduct market research for product development by collecting customer feedback and assisting in product testing

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business needs

Manage ad-hoc projects from start to finish and engage with any necessary stakeholders and keep them informed of progress

Maintain and update product listing information with Shopify

Work with the Rider Support team to review and identify product issues, ensuring warranty inventory is well-maintained

Develop product training presentations for internal and external partners

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

7 years experience in Operations or Manufacturing, preferably in the bicycle industry

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred) or equivalent experience

Passion for cycling and a thorough understanding of the cycling industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles within the company

A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in customer service, operations, or logistics is a plus

Proficiency in digital tools such as social media platforms, Shopify, Google Office Suite and SAP is preferred

Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

SALARY RANGE: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range of up to $80,000 - $90,000
